Do you make all the products here in Sweden?
We have built and equipped a superb modern carpentry shop in Upplands Väsby, outside Stockholm. ALL production of our products takes place there, which will always be manufactured by us. We have no plans to increase production with facilities abroad.
Can we have our company logo burned on cutting boards for the staff?
Of course! We have a laser burner that can "print"/burn in, maximum size is approx. 30 cm.
Send an email to alexandra@almaform.se with what product you wish to buy (series, wood type and size), also attach your logo.
This costs SEK 150/pc extra in addition to the price of the product. For larger orders, you get a quantity discount when we can make several at once.
Can I have my name burned into the cutting board?

This costs SEK 150 extra in addition to the price of the product.
Why is there a difference in price between the series?
The ONE series is made of only one type of wood, with fewer gluings and less waste in the manufacturing process, which is why it is lower in price compared to STRIPE and GRAVITY.

Can you buy your products in a store?
No, not at the moment - it is possible that in the future we will cooperate with local stores. If you want to feel and squeeze the products, we have a showroom at our workshop in Upplands Väsby - however, you need to contact us first, so that we are there.
Is shipping included?
Yes, for all orders over SEK 1000.

How should I use the microfiber cloth I received when I bought a cutting board?
We discovered that a regular microfiber cloth works great to have under the cutting board, both to prevent it from sliding on the bench, but also to counteract if it hits something, i.e. wiggles. We then decided that we should order tablecloths - in a more sober choice of colors and let them be included in all orders of cutting boards from us.
Wood is an organic material and when you start using your purchased wood products - e.g. washing off them with water, they may break. Unfortunately, it cannot be avoided. If you are careful to use and soak both sides, and also lubricate with WoodBalm your product will last longer.

We are celebrating the 20th anniversary of the company, and thought of giving all employees a spring gift in the form of a cutting board from you, with a logo. Can we get a discount if we order 11 pcs?
Congratulations on the anniversary - of course you get a discount if you buy so many. Send an email to alexandra@almaform.se with information about which cutting board, size and number + your logo in the form of any EPS (jpg/png can also work if they are of good quality). We will then send you a quote and confirmation.
Do you do other things in wood for the kitchen and home? We have seen such nice pieces of wood on your Instagram, and would like to order a table.
Absolutely we do - we have already received requests for cash registers for flower shops as well as cutting boards, bread boards, display boxes and signs for a hotel. Send an email to alexandra@almaform.se with information about what you want help with, preferably pictures/sketches, and she will contact you for a quote.
Complaints & shipping
My cutting board had a mark, what do I do?
We quality check all products before they are sent, so this must have occurred during transport. Send pictures and your order number to info@almaform.se, and we will make a complaint to our transport company.
Can I cancel my purchase?
My cutting board has started to wiggle a little, why and what can I do?
Wood is an organic material, and when you start using the product and wash it off with water, it can happen that it breaks - unfortunately it cannot be avoided. If you are careful to use and soak both sides, and also lubricate it with the WoodBalm that came with the purchase, it will last longer.
